Worship & Music Ministry

Our Christmas Choir, Handbell Choir, and Children’s Choir gave beautiful performances at our 2023 Christmas Concert. Special thanks to all who dedicated their time and talent to celebrate the Christmas season through music.

The Worship and Music Ministry plans and prepares every aspect of our Sunday Worship Services, our special and seasonal services, weddings, and funerals. We gather the liturgists who pray at each service, the ushers, who meet you at the door, and we help folks who print the bulletins and who decorate the church and sanctuary with flowers, banners and decorations, each week and each season.

Our music is directed by Kristin Young who not only directs our widely acclaimed Chancel Choir and Children’s Choir, but also arranges a variety of musical ensembles who perform works from the sacred to contemporary which enhance and deepens our worship experience.

Our beautiful and distinguished Handbell Choir and Chimes is directed by Kristin Young who also arranges a variety of musical ensembles who perform works from sacred hymns which enhance and deepens our worship experience.

Easter, Christmas, Memorial Day, Veteran’s Day, Advent, Lent, Holy Communion Sundays, and all our special celebrations are all touched by the members who work in this ministry.
